Business Development Manager - Male/Female
Hotel background only.

Job Description:

• Find out new property (Hotel/ Restaurants) for acquisition.
• Candidate should able to check & make the feasibility report of running or new Hotels/ restaurants in all aspects.
• Approach suitable brands for tie-up (Indian/ International hotel brands) for selected property.
• Negotiate, Finalise and executive management/ franchise contracts with brand on behalf of company.
• Periodic property visit to review the asset maintenance and up keep.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with hotel operating team, regulatory authorities, consultants, etc.

Industry: Hospitality

Experience: With 5 years of relevant post experience, who is well versed in handling hotels/ restaurants brand tie-up.

Salary: No bar for right candidate.
