We are a speciality Chemical manufacturing company currently having factory at Mahape, Navi Mumbai & Head Office at Thane serving global Pharma, Agrochemicals, Electronic and Engineering industry since 1991 started by promoters with IIT background and growing with around 20% per annum, having 50% export to Europe, Japan and USA. We are setting up new production site at Dahej SEZ for export market to achieve annual min 50% growth for next five years & looking for following senior appointments to lead team of Managers.

General Manager-Finance
For Head Office at Thane. Should be capable of finalization of accounts, CMA preparations and arranging working capital & project finance from investment Bankers/Banks/Financial Institutes & Costing systems independently. Should have knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, Vat, Excise, Tally, Forex Transactions, Forex Forward Cover, Accounting & Financing of Import/Export Transactions. Exposure to ERP preferred. The experience of launching of fresh equity issue will be desirable.

Qualification: CA or MBA Finance

Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in managing Finance/Accounts/Statutary function for a manufacturing unit having experience in bulk drug/chemical manufacturing preferred.
