Our esteemed client is a leading player in the Energy/ Hydrocarbon sector. We are a search firm entrusted with the responsibility of selecting the right candidate for the role of Corporate People Officer at their corporate office in Delhi, on fixed term contract for the period of 3 years, extendable for another period of 2 years. We are looking for a dynamic, go getter, experienced and mature professional.

Corporate People Officer
The incumbent should possess hardcore experience on conceptualization, formulation, implementation, review of HR Policies, processes and systems, strong in people management, Learning and Development, Performance Evaluation & Reward System, Career Progression, Performance based Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Employees Engagement, Succession Planning, etc. in SAP environment.

Incumbent should be strategic planner, proactive, innovative, motivator, merit oriented and committed to the success of the organization through its people & team. Must have ability to put people at the heart of Corporate Purpose. Experience at partnering with top Management/ Board at Corporate office in highly dynamic business environment.

The maximum age limit is 55 years.

Qualification: Incumbent should have First Class Masters in Business Administration with specialization in HR or equivalent degree from top business school/ University

Experience: Minimum 20 years of post qualification working experience in large organisations preferably in Hydrocarbon sector/ Energy sector/ renowned consultancy firm.

Location: Delhi

Salary: Compensation would be in line with candidate’s background, capability and commensurate with industry norms.
