Deputy Secretary
Candidates with through knowledge of SEBI and Corporate Laws and compliance requirements will be preferred. Additional qualification in law will be an added advantage.

Qualification: The incumbent should be a qualified company secretary

Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a Corporate with large number of shareholders.
