National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a one of its kind Public Private Partnership in India, affiliated to the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. NSDC provides funding to build scalable and for-profit vocational training institutions. Its mandate includes formation of industry led Sector Skills Councils and various initiatives for the creation a conducive skilling eco system in India.

Professionals for NSDC
NSDC is looking for self-driven, high energy professionals with relevant experience and brilliant academic record in various core functions like Strategic Projects (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, etc.). Partnership & Business Development, State Engagements, Proposal Due Diligence & Evaluation. Standards & Quality Assurance, Industry Engagement, Training Partner Engagement, SSC Governance, Innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility. Vacancies also exist in support functions such as Communications & Advocacy, Event Management, Commercial Function, Compliances, MIS & Monitoring, HR, Administration and Finance.

Skills Required
Leadership, strategic thinking, communication & presentation, social sector orientation, stakeholder management, analytics, multi-tasking, change management, adaptability and positive attitude.

Place of Position
New Delhi for all positions and state capitals for state engagement.

Qualification: Candidates must have full time Bachelor's or Post-Graduate degree in relevant disciplines with a first division throughout the academic career.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 15 years of post-qualification experience preferably in Corporate Sector, Social Sector, Government, Banking, NOS. Skill Development, International Agencies or any relevant sector.

Location: New Delhi

Salary: Compensation would be in line with the candidate's profile and NSDC's HR policy and would not be a constraint for the deserving candidates.
