A leading international, professionally managed industrial/service group, manufacturers of Corrugated Box products having a capacity of 1,200 MT per month, seeks to employ immediately for

Plant Manager
The plant is equipped with state of the art machinery to produce a wide range of corrugated boxes both in White Kraft & Brown Kraft papers from 2ply, 3ply & 4ply in 4 colours printing catering to all types of industries needs.

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to achieve agreed production and quality targets, budget preparation for the annual requirement of RM, consumables & spares, generate production plan/ schedules, monitor the dispatches, liaise with all sections to ensure that jobs are executed in time and deliveries made on time, ensure proper keeping of all production records in ERP sys, initiate performance measures or machine efficiency improvements, liaise with the maintenance team to initiate preventive/ corrective measures, generate MIS reports, adopt/ implement QMS ISO 9001:2008 procedures, take the lead in HIRA studies/ implementation for the OHSAS 18001:2007, develop new products/projects and train the local employees.

Qualification: The candidate should preferably be an engineering graduate

Experience: 15+ years of experience in similar industry out of which 5 years should be as Plant Head.
