Belt Splicer/Rubber Liner Operator
This position is responsible for conducting steel cord & fabric conveyor belt splicing and rubber lining of components at designated customer sites and in the workshop.

Requirements (Must be included in your application):

• 2 employment reference letters covering at least 6 years or experience or 3 years with a relevant post-secondary qualification.
• One of the following English examination results undertaken within the previous 3 years:
  
  • International English Language Testing System (IELTS) average band score of at least 5, with no less than a score of 4.5 in any of the four components.
  • Test of English as a Foreign Language internet-based Test (TOEFL iBT) overall band score of at least 36, with no less than a score of 3 for listening and reading and no less than a score of 12 for speaking and writing.
  • Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) total band score of at least 36, with no less score of 30 in any of the four components.
  • Occupational English Test (OET) results of at least B in each band undertaken within the previous 3 years.

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience carrying out steel cord and fabric conveyor belt splices & repairs, or the equivalent combination of education (a relevant post-secondary qualification) and experience (minimum of 3 years).
