Sr. Executive Sales Administration

• Preparation of tenders, quotations, booking orders, interaction with customers, factory and logistics
• Knowledge of VAT, Excise, e-tendering and e-procurement
• Communication and Coordination skills on phone and mail
• MIS of All India Sales target achievement and report to Management
• Preparation of rate contracts for Institutes
• Proficient in MS Office, LINUX and Web Site Management
• Knowledge of JAVA and HTML programming essential
• Knowledge  of Government Tenders, e-tendering and digital signatures
• Skills to regularly updated the company’s current web site.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and documentation and record keeping as per the standard.

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry and MBA in Marketing

Experience: 7-8 years experience in sales co-ordination in a Chemical/ Pharmaceutical company Coordinating with Depots/ Stockiest across India
