Qualification: Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering Graduate.

Experience: At least 12-15 years of working experience in multiple Mall/ commercial buildings operations and Engineering set-up. Will be responsible for devising systems and procedures for upkeep of assets, smooth running of facilities. Additionally would be responsible for technical facility services and Mall Maintenance.
