Customer Care Executive
Will be responsible to execute from start to end all Service Requests. Typical Functions include Assigning of the Job to Technicians, Appointment Scheduling and Confirmation with Customers, Follow-up with Team on Appointments, Inform Customers on Delays and Status of Service, Respond to Call Centre Tickets and Escalations, Present Daily Reports, Overall Target Revenue Maximization and Job Cancellation Minimization.

Qualification: Graduates with basic computer skills, Good Typing speed. Proficiency in MS Word & MS Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel. Should be Excellent in English & Tamil - Written & Verbal. Process oriented, Sense of Responsibility, Planning and Scheduling is a Plus. Should be Flexible to Stay and complete assigned work.
Experience: Freshers to 1 year experience

Salary: Rs. 15000 CTC Per Month
