Human Resources Executive

• Compensation & Benefits, Administration.
• Employee Relation, Grievance handling.
• Well versed with Labour Laws Compliances.
• Liaisoning with Government Departments.
• Training and skill development of Employees.
• Employee Welfare Activities.
• Dealing with Manpower Contactors & workers.
• General Administration of the plant.
• Maintaining of Employees Records i.e. Attendance, Leave Records, Payroll processing etc.
• Recruiting Skilled & Unskilled manpower.
• Software for HR-Salary, compensation & time office.

Qualification: Graduate with diploma or degree (Specialization in HR)

Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience.

Location: Bawal

• Excellent English communication skills 
• Proactive & ability to excel
• Well versed with ISO 9001:2008
• Knowledge of M.S Office.
