Registrar and Deputy Registrar
The candidate must be mature, polite but strict and have ability to handle, deal with and guide parties and arbitrators situated in India and abroad with the applicable rule and procedures. The aspirant should be computer literate and capable of creating power point presentations, manage and innovate the E-filing systems etc.

Experience: The candidate should have both experience and knowledge of Arbitration and other Laws and Arbitration and Mediation processes. Also should have vision and zeal to run the day to day administration of the institution, oversee the administration and conduct of several running mediations and arbitrations proceedings as per rules and to promote the growth of the institution business.

Location: Mumbai (Bombay)

The position will be reporting to a Management Committee and will be required to supervise and innovate processes and also to promote the institutions objectives of ADR.
