In case application forms are downloaded from the website, the filled in applications shall be accompanied with a DD for Rs.200/- drawn in favour of the Director, BMSSA, payable at Bengaluru: The duly filled application forms along with the required enclosures should reach the Director on or before 15th Dec 2015.
