DY Patil Group known for their dominance in Education sector has recently ventures with “The Sayaji Group”.
They require a “General Manager” for their new 5 Star Hotel “The Sayaji” at Kolhapur. This 115 key hotel, with 5 F&B outlets & 40000 sq. ft. banquet is managed by the Sayaji Hotel Ltd.

General Manager
The General Manager will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Hotel which include elite guest services, hiring, marketing, forecasting, budgets, rate strategy, property maintenance, promotional events, team motivation and working on EBIDA.

Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administrative, Business Administration or equivalent preferred

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager or Director of Operations. Recent experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
