For Accounts & Finance, HR & Admin, Sales & Marketing

• To Provide strategic vision, executive direction and leadership towards the achievement of the organizations philosophy, mission, strategy and its annual goals and objectives.
• To build the Group as a world class organization, respected across the globe for its products and service, quality, innovativeness, execution capabilities, ethics and responsiveness to its customers, people and the environment.
• To support and operation and administration of the Board of Directors by advising and informing the Board and interfacing between the Board and the Staff
• To ensure that the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in a positive light to all its stakeholders.
• To manage the Strategic & Operations planning process for the organization
• To recommend yearly budgets for Board approval and to manage the organizational resources within the budget guidelines and according to the current laws and reguations.
• Over P&L responsibility for the group operations.
• To formulate policies consistent with the organizations mission, vision and objectives and ensure its implementation.
• To oversee fundraising planning and implementation, including indentifying resource requirements, funding sources, establishing strategies to approach funders, submitting proposals and administrating fundraising records and documentation.
