Narmada Clean Tech (NCT) is a company, subsidiary of Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) having one of the largest CTEPs, at Ankleshwar.

Company Secretary(CS)
CS shall be responsible for compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other laws applicable to the company and report to the Board on these compliances. CS shall ensure that the company complies with the applicable secretarial standards. CS shall facilities convening of Board and Committee Meetings, maintain minutes of these meetings and assist the Board in ensuring good corporate governance.

Qualification: Candidates with a Degree in CS

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience are invited to apply for this post. Working knowledge of computer usage is essential.
