Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
CFO shall be responsible for compliance with various provisions for maintaining books of accounts, preparation and filling of annual accounts, disclosure of financial information in company documents, financial risk management and internal controls. CFO shall be required to sign audited financial statements of the company and also responsible for providing various inputs for meeting the enforced board report requirements.

Qualification: Candidate sholuld be with Degree with CA or MBA (Finance)/M.Com

Experience: Degree with CA with Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or MBA (Finance)/M.Com with minimum 15 years of relevant experience are invited to apply for this post. Working knowledge of computer usage is essential.
