Executive-Customer Support
Handling in/ Outbond calls, maintaining status report/ call log. Handling enquiries, co-ordinating with other departments to resolve customer queries.

Qualification: Desired profile should be a graduate from any stream

Experience: Total experience of 4-8 years, having good oral and written communication skills, and command over English.

Location: Mumbai (Bombay)
