Product Manager/Line Builder - Synthetic Footwear
This person would be responsible for synthetic footwear new product development, innovation and material development.

Job location: Head office of Apex Footwear Ltd. in Dhaka Bangladesh.

Key responsibility: 

• Exclusively tasked with the responsibility for continuous synthetic footwear new product development 
• Innovation from picking and Identifying trends and styles to fast prototyping to mould
• Responsible for product design and thorough understanding of fashion trend in footwear market 

• At least 5 years hands on experience in the area of product development/and or production of a company with hawai chap-pal type production of minimum 10,000 pairs per day
• Proven track record of being able to follow the technical requirements of mould making and materials for synthetic materials such as PVC and EVA
• A self starter and able and ready to travel extensively for work
• Deliver time bound projects & understand the importance of speed to market 
• Proven leadership and design development ability

Location: Dhaka

Salary: Apex Footwear Ltd. offers industry competitive US Dollar compensation package including accommodation in Dhaka.

Employment Nature: Contractual, Initially for 2 years with an option of extension.
