Chief-Nursing Services
Must have managed nursing related personnel in a large hospital of not less than 300 beds.

• Good communication, computer teaching, analytical and liaisoning skills.

• Providing leadership and direction for the development of strategies to promote the recruitment, retention and recognition of excellence in Nursing.
• Participation in the planning, implementation and evaluation of clinical programs and patient care services, assuring appropriate resources for the delivery of care.
• Assuring the patient care delivery modules, clinical and staffing standards for nursing are consistent with current research and professional standards and with the mission, vision and values of the organization.
• Assuring all nursing services are provide in compliance with all applicable standard and requirements of the NABH and all other applicable regulatory bodies.
• Supervision of overall department work, motivating and maintaining the discipline in Nursing Services including conducting preliminary enquiries in accordance with the rules/ protocols set by the Hospital Management.

Qualification: M.Sc/ B.Sc (Nursing), Masters/ Diploma in Hospital Administration will be preferred.

Experience: 15-20 years experience of managing nursing personnels, patients care services etc.

Location: Mumbai (Bombay)
