Responsibilities: The role would be cost planning/ estimation and commercial management during the entire life cycle of the project from the Costing and Accounts head from the sites evaluate the same with the budget Vs actual and submit the consolidated report to the management. The role will also include value engineering, risk management, procurement advice and assistance during tendering procedures, commercial management, contract administration, management/ negotiation of vendors and sub contractors.

Qualification: Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 10-15 years post qualification experience in cost and commercial management of major highway projects of a complex nature, including minimum 3 years in a similar role and capacity from a major infrastructure business company related to Roads, Railways, Highways, Bridges etc.

Location: Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha (Orissa), Haryana

Salary: Compensation & Designation are based on the Qualification and Experience and no bar for the desired candidates.
