Opportunity for Voice Process (English or Spanish)
The selected candidates will be a part of the Customer Service team dealing in the US Martgage domain.

Voice Process
Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls for Customer Service Department and resolve customer queries. Make outbond calls to customer to provide resolution. Maintain high standards of Call Quality and Compliances. This openings in only for male candidates willing to work in night shift.

Skills & Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English or Spanish. Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support.

Qualification: Minimum requirement is a Graduate degree. HSC/ SSC candidates can apply if they have relevant years of experience in international voice process.

Experience: 0.5 – 5 years of experience in international Voice Process.

Location: Navi Mumbai (New Mumbai)
