Manager – Industrial Relations
To assist HR Department in policy implementation, employee development and maintenance of harmonious industrial relations. He would be required to redress grievances, administer discipline, conduct inquiries, Maintain relevant records and carry out other personnel functions related with the employees.

Qualification: The candidate should possess Masters Degree in Personal Management and Industrial Relations or equivalent degree from reputed Management Institutes

Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably in Hospital of Hotel Industry.

Location: Mumbai (Bombay)

Salary: Remuneration will be commensurate with the profile for the candidates.

Age Limit for the above position will be below 40 years. Computer literacy in MS Office in must for the above position.
