• Human Resource
  The candidate should have at least 20 years of relevant experience in organisations of repute, with expertise in drafting HR related policies & programs, giving strategic & operational directions, manpower planting recruiting & staffing, performance management, compensation management and employee benefits & welfare. The incumbent will also drive employee orientation & training programs, organisation development, benchmarking and related HR initiatives.
  
  
• Accreditation & Benchmarking
  The candidate should be 40-50 years of age with 15-20 years of service experience, well versed with Global Academic Systems & Processes and preferably having experience of preparing institutions for national/ international accreditations and ranking of various bodies such as NAAC, NBA, ABET, AACSB, IET, QS, TIMES Higher Education etc.
  
  
• Research, Planning & Statistical Services
  The candidate should be a Post Graduate with specialisation in Statistics and below 45 years of age, with 15-20 years of experience in design, development & upkeep of MIS of a university level organisation. Expertise in analytical tools for report generation, design of feedback surveys, trend. analysis and planning will be considered essential skits required for the job.
