Job Description

• Yearly Production Target planning and Delivery (OTIF) for assigned products/ area.
• Yearly production expense budget planning & achievement for assigned products/area.
• Production/ Shift planning for smooth functioning of operations leading to higher productivity with optimum utilization of resources.
• Ensure stringent Quality standards/ norms/ practices & effective deployment of GMP.
• Develop cost effective alternatives and improvements to production process and requirement with in/licensed process.

Qualification: M.Sc Biotechnology/ Biological Science, B.Tech/ M.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Biochemical Engineering

Experience: Having relevant experience of 10-14 years.

Location: Lalru

Competencies Required: The incumbent with demonstrated leadership ability & strong focus on quality, safety & efficacy of products, waste elimination, Budget/ Cost Planning, Production Shift Planning along with experience of successfully facing USFDA, EU, UK-MHRA, WHO, CDSCO site audits, excellent understanding of cGMP & cGLP, work experience in USFDA, EU, UK-MHRA approved Pharma/Biotechnology companies, problem solving approach, proven ability of leading successful team, proven ability with quality related testing issue, will be given preference.
