• Admin Staff: Graduate with 3 years of experience. Required to be responsible for handling accounts, Tally, correspondence & typing in English, Kannada & Hindi.

2) Lecturers for PU College:

• Lecturers - Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Statistics, English - Post Graduate with B.Ed. in relevant subject with 5 years of experience.
• Lab Assistant: PUC with Science Stream 

3) Teachers for School:

• Montessori Teachers: Graduate with MTT/ NTT having min. 3 years of experience.
• English, Maths & Science Teacher: Graduate with B.Ed. having min. 5 years of experience with good communication skill.
• C.B.S.E. School - P.G.Ts & T.G.Ts: Post Graduation with B.Ed./ M.Ed. and 5 years of experience in C.B.S.E. School-Social Science & Hindi.
