We are specially, Chemical manufacturing company currently having factory at Mahape, Navi Mumbai & head Office at Thane serving global pharma, agrochemicals, electronics and engineering industry since 1991 started by promoters with IIT background and growing with around 20% per annum having 50% export to Europe, Japan and USA. We are setting up new production sites at Dahej SEZ for export market & at Saykha, GIDC Dahej Gujarat State for domestic market looking for following senior appointments of General Manager to lead team of Managers at Dahej & Head Office at Thane.

General Manager – Finance
Should be capable of finalizing of accounts. CMA preparations and arranging working capital & project finance with banker/ financial institute and costing systems independently. Should have knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, Vat, Excise, Tally, Forex transactions, Forex Forward Cover, Accounting & Finance of Import/ Export Transactions. Exposure to ERP preferred. The experience of launching of fresh equity issue will be preferred.

Qualification: CA or MBA Finance

Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in managing Finance/ Accounts/Statutary Function for a manufacturing unit (Having experience in bulk drug/ chemical manufacturing agency preferred)
