The positioning are based at our projects sites: Road and canal works near Varanasi, Dhanbad, Asansol, Saharanpur, Lucknow and Tunnel work at Sonamarg (J&K).

AGM/Sr. Manager/ Manager/Dy Manager – Planning & Monitoring
Candidates should be tech savvy and well versed with modern methods/ software required for planning. Job requires – preparation of budgets and Overall work schedule/ plan and methodology by optimizing the resources for the projects daily monitoring including the resource wastage analysis basis the pre agreed measure. Identify the possible gasps (man/material/ machines or any other resources) and reason thereof. Ensuring effective implementation of rectifying measures. Should be capable of decoding technical drawings/ specifications, items rate analysis, negotiation with subcontractors and monitoring monthly billing preparation. Job requires frequent site visit to ensure synchronization among the BID stage planning and real time planning/ budgeting.

Qualification: BE/Diploma (civil)

Experience: 8+ years of experience in conceptual & detailed planning.

Location: Varanasi, Dhanbad, Asansol, Saharanpur, Lucknow, Jammu and Kashmir, Gurgaon

Salary: Compensation shall be commensurate with qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the deserving candidates.
