Job Profile: Drafting, reviewing and negotiable various legal documents and commercial contracts including but not limited to; Agreements, Affidavits, Plaints, Suits, Petitions, Appeals, Arbitration Application, Complaints, Notices, Counter Replies, Rejoinders, Notices, Summons, Conveyance, documents, Joint Venture agreements “J.V”, Acquisition of shares and companies, proposals, Memorandums of Understanding “MOUs”/ Letters of intent, Franchise Agreements, Memorandums of Association “MOAs” and its addendums , companies formations documentations, license agreements, sponsored agreements, supply & services agreements, lease agreement, employment contracts, purchase and sale agreements, contracting and sub –contractors agreements, copyrights assignment agreement, acquisition and purchase of lands and properties and its covenants concluded between the developers and or owners/ contractors and the buyers and their related agreements and to ensure that all the obligations are comply with the applicable laws. Representing the company at different courts as and when required. Assist the company Legal Advisor in Managing and handling the commercial/ corporate disputes/ claims and the litigation.

Candidate Profile:

• The candidate should have a University degree in law UG-Commerce, LLB-law or Masters Degree in Law.
• Candidates with PG in company secretary will be preferred
• Should be proficient in Indian civil law and should have experience in Company Law Compliance & other corporate Law
• Should have experience of Legal Practices in the civil courts
• Should have excellent English & Hindi Languages & oration skills (written and verbal)
• Should be proactive, independent and flexible. The job is based in Delhi but may require travelling to our centers across India.
