Office Manager
Job Description

• Supervising, motivating and coordinating staff and factories of Furniture Leather And Accessories.
• Follow up of all actions at suppliers and give feedback relevant Head R&D and country manager;
• Communication with factories at various levels (for example: owner/production floor);
• Lot of travelling is/can be involved;

Job Requirement

• We are looking a high level (in education, working attitude and administration/organisation skills) who lives in Jaipur or wants to move to Jaipur (head office);
• Excellent English speaking and writing on an international level; 
• Very strong Organizational and communication skills;
• Good coordinator with Strong administrative discipline;
• Pro-active and able to work under high pressure;
• Good understanding of office software package; 
• Minimum 5 years work experience in an international environment oriented on the service industry (for example: hotels, airlines, logistic companies); 
• Affinity with furniture and living room products like decoration and accessories.
