Madhvani Group, a leading international professionally managed industrial and services group, engaged in diverse operations seeks to recruit the following professionals for their Tourism business in Uganda. The Group operates several upscale hotels/safari lodges in East Africa (www.marasa.net). Plans are on the anvil for further expansion. All our lodges are located within National Parks, each with over 50 to 60 guest rooms, swimming pool, health club, conference halls, recreational facilities, etc.

Financial Controller
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for finalisation of accounts of the lodge/hotel, liaison with statutory and internal auditors, handling banking and cash operations, preparing cash flow statements and annual budgets, carrying out monthly performance review and advising management about the variances, preparing MIS reports, supervision and control of the day-to-day functioning of the Accounts Department, including Stores.

Qualification: The candidate should be B.Com/M.Com/Inter CA

Experience: Minimum of 7 years similar experience at middle management level from hotel industry. Working knowledge of computerized accounting systems is essential.

Location: East Africa
