Purplehoney Group chain of restaurants are urgently hiring for their Coriander and Biryani Pot Indian cuisine restaurants in Abu Dhai and Al Ain for the below positions.

Walk-In Interviews in Delhi:
12th, 13th & 17th November 2014 from 9 am to 3 pm

Unit In-Charge
Will be fully responsible for staffing of the unit in accordance with agreed company standards and budgetary targets. To constantly review staffing of unit in order to achieve agreed targets of customer service, personnel costs and flexibility. To be fully responsible for the control of all of resource of the unit viz. Employees, stock and product by working to agreed targets and buy achieving budded costs.

Experience: Must have worked in the similar position or higher for a minimum of 5 years in high volume and upscale environment restaurant.

Location: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain
