Sr. Customer Service Associate/ Customer Service Associate
The job of a Senior customer Service Associate/ customer Service Associate involves communicating with the customer through different mediums (Email/ Chat/ Phone) by utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, review polices and communicate effective solutions.

Eligibility Criteria: We are looking for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication, comprehension and problem solving skills.

Familiarity with MS-Office, Internet Explorer and good typing skills is required. Candidates must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment.

Qualification: 10+2

Location: Hyderabad
