Operations Manager

Description

• The Incumbent must have:
• Aviation Management Skills. Flying experience on aircrafts with single & multiple engine.
• Knowledge of ICAO guidelines.
• Relevant flying experience and qualification is needed.
• Day to day management of operations functions to ensure operational efficiency and flexibility.
• Ensure best practice standards are adopted and all regulatory requirements met.
• Manage and review flight schedules and aircraft ready states and co-ordinate all traffic movements.
• Provide supervision,t raining and development to Operations Staff.
• Provide flight planning support to all flight crews.
• Data capture, process and control to support systems and aircraft requirements.
• Provide direct supervision of all Aviation Support Operations
• Supervisors.
• Manage the execution of all fixed wing flights across the program prepare, disseminate and brief and daily flight information to Senior leadership and key leaders across the program.
• Business Development Skills.
• Make decisions on how to best serve the customer when faced with competing priorities.
• Perform other duties assigned.

Qualification: Incumbent should have a relevant Bachelor Degree and must have CPL/ ATPL license with minimum 1000 hours flying experience.

Experience: Incumbent should have 5 years experience as in the Aviation Industry at Senior Management position.

Salary: Remuneration - Monthly Salary of Rs. 1,50,000/- equivalent plus free Housing, Airfares & Company Transport.
