Head - Corporate Communications
This is a crucial role in the senior management team with a mandate to develop and lead all communications and public relations strategies and activities. This includes all internal and external communications, as well as overall implementation of communication plans, initiatives and programs that will help advance the company's business and reputation. This a highly visible leadership role leading a communications team and reporting directly to the Chairman.

Responsibilities
It includes driving the company's message to key constituents including the media, customers, employees, investors & key influences; leading, developing and executing the company's communications strategy with a goal of increasing the positive visibility of company and regularly measuring & reporting on communications defectiveness to ensure that available resources are used prudently and cost-effectively. The candidate should also be able to strengthen the brand and manage the company's reputation. He/ She should be highly proactive, capable of quickly responding to and acting on matters requiring urgent attention.

Eligibility:
He/ She should be a strong communicator, both written and oral, with an ability to use those skills to driven change, influence outcomes and giant he confidence of others.

Qualification: The candidate should possess a degree in Engineering, along with a post graduate degree/ diploma in Mass Communications, Journalism or Marketing.

Experience: We are looking for a world class communications professional with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in heading the corporate communication function in well known public companies.
