The Master Franchisee for one of the Largest Pizza Chains in the World has opening for the following position to be based in Singapore.

General Manager
The person will report directly to the Board of Directors and will be spearheading the business in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Devise Business plans and Financial Objectives.
• Responsible for day to day management of the Company.
• Preparing standard Operating Procedures and Implementing the same.
• Vendor selection and negotiation of terms.
• Site selection for the outlets and contract negotiation.
• Develop and implement Marketing, Advertising, Public Relation & Communication strategies.
• Supervising Human Resource function by recruiting, training, managing and motivating team.
• Overall P&L and budget responsibilities.

• Should have hands-on experience and proven leadership quality.
• Customer centric mind-set and able to lead and motivate to produce results.
• Accomplished leadership skills with excellent business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Start-up experience will be advantageous.

Experience: At least 10 years of experience managing P&L in F&B industry.
