HR & Admin Executive
25-35 years of age. Working knowledge of Arabic preferred. GCC driving licensee preferred.
Job Profile: Strategic HR Planning including budgeting, forming HR policies, Manpower planning & recruitment & staff inductions, Training & Development, Analyzing & mapping job skills, Identifying needs for training, Conducting appraisal, review and feedback, Coordinating Job Training-In-House & outsourced, Assisting & in compensation & remuneration fixation, Relationship management, Handle routine administrative tasks.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years Oman & FMCG management skills are a must.
Location: Muscat
Salary: Remuneration will be in line with industry standards. Higher remuneration can be considered for exceptional candidate.
