Selected candidates initially will be inducted on a service contract of 10 years in Reliance Group Support Services (RGSS) which provides security solutions to all RIL Companies, Inducted Executives will be exposed to challenging security assignments after a rigorous in-house professional training. Though the appointment is on a short term contract, it is a platform for a long term career with RIL.

Apply online on the web page for "Trainee Security Executive" which will remain open from 04th August 2014 to 24th August 2014. The screening process will be online; hence, no applications will be accepted through post/courier. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for Mental Aptitude Test (MAT) at various nominated Centre's in India. Successful candidates of the MAT will then be put through Physical Efficiency Tests (PET), Group Discussions (GD), Psychometric Tests (PT) and Interviews at a nominated Centre. Intimation of these Tests will be through E-mail/RIL Web Page. MAT is likely to be held in Second week of September 2014, PET/GD/PT/Interviews in Second week of October 2014 and Training of the Batch is likely to commence in the Fourth week of November 2014.
