We are looking to hire a
Director of Finance (DoF)
To be based in New Delhi, reporting tot he CEO. The DoF has a pivotal role to play in strategizing, defining, designing and implementing world class financial systems and compliance aimed at long term operational growth and sustainability. An innovative and strategic leader with proven record of building excellence in Financial, Compliance, Procurement and IT domains. The role requires significant liaison with various stakeholders that include other Save the Children members globally, members of the Board and government bodies. It will also require strong understanding of various organizational process and systems.
The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader with senior management responsible in large complexes operations in the private/ non-profit sector.
Qualification: Desired qualification will include a Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from a reputed institute
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience.
Location: New Delhi
Salary: The compensation budgeted for the position is attractive and shall commensurate with the qualifications, experience and salary history of the selected candidate.
