Bry-Air (Asia) (BAA) and Desiccant Rotors International (DRI) are group companies of the Pahwa Group. BAA and DRI is seeking to introduce new leadership positions(s):

Executive Vice President
As part of growth of both the companies. The candidate selected should be an Engineering graduate (preferably from a reputed engineering Institute in India) with at least 5 years leadership experience in in leading the operations of medium or large size enterprise in India. The position would report to the President/ Managing Director. Currently exports are above 50% of the company turnover.

Responsibilities:

• To Lead, Manage and Grow DRI and BAA respectively, both Domestic and International
• Will be responsible for P&L

• Ability for good Strategy, Action and Realization
• Sales and Business Development background desirable
• To be able to grow to the COO level within 2-3 years.
• Operations exposure preferred
• Stability

Qualification: BE/ BTech. In Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical, preferably MBA in Marketing or Finance.

Experience: 20 to 25 years
