Sous Chef/ Jr. Sous Chef

• Plan, organize, direct and control the production activities within this area of responsibility. Ensure that production of meals is in accordance with SAAC standards and individual customers' agreed specification.
• Supervise/ prepare food products in accordance with customers' demand for food presentation, suggestion, development, etc.
• Ensure all food production is within the deadline/time-limit as per operational policy.

Experience: 3-4 years experience in similar field.

Location: Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Madinah
