Production Support

• Experience in handling multiple clients across varied geographies in L1/L2 support based on ITIL framework, and outsourcing support functions to offshore locations
• Experience in C programming, supporting applications development in JAVA and knowledge in products/ business domain in the BFSI space is required.

Qualification: Bachelor's Master's Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or an equivalent.

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the Application Support Environment (level-2) for investment banking applications. At least 4-6 years of experience in Sybase/ oracle/ SQL server
