Date of Online Preliminary/ Screening Exam--06 July, 2014
Date of Main Written Examination--23 & 24 August, 2014

Mode of Application-Only Online Application through the website of MP Online (www.mponline.gov.in). For Main Exam, successful candidates shall, also have to submit Application in given Format with required document.

Post: Advertisement has been issued to fill up total-77 posts (Unreserved-42, OBC-11, S.C.12 & S.T.12) of District Judge (entry level) in the cadre of Higher Judicial Service by direct recruitment from eligible Advocates. 

Examination Fees-Rs. 1000/ per candidate, for Unreserved (UR) candidates & Rs. 800/ per candidate, for Reserved candidates (OBC, SC & ST)

Pay, Perks, Allowances & Facilities attached to the post shall be subject to the applicable Rules/Order/Notifications are as under:-

Pay Scale-Rs-51550-1230-58930-1380-63070/ with applicable D.A.

1. Sumptuary Allowance-Rs. 3100/ Per Month.
2. Petrol Allowance-For the officer who does not opt for pool vehicle, monthly price of 75 Liters Petrol/Diesel during posting in Jabalpur. Indore, Gwalior & Bhopal and price of 50 Liters Petrol/Diesel during posting at any other place if the officer has his/her own private car and price of 25 Liters Petrol/Diesel. if he/she uses his/her own two wheeler vehicle.
3. Electricity Expenses-Equal to the price of 50% of total Electricity charge maximum up to 1000 units per month.
4. Water Charge-50% of total water charge maximum upto Rs.200 per month
5. Robe/Dress Allowance-Rs. 6000/ once in three years.
6. Medical Allowance-Rs. 1000/ per month without any Bill or voucher and medical reimbursement facility also.
7. Accommodation- Free semi furnished Accommodation provided that if both husband and wife are in Govt. Service then entitlement of free accommodation will be only for one of the spouse.
8. Telephone Facility-At Official Residence and Office with Internet facility, limits apply.
9. Office Assistant/Peon-One in office and one at Official Residence.
10. Leave-13 Casual Leaves. Three Optional Leaves, 30 Earn Leave per annum & Medical/Commuted Leave and also 15 days vacation leave per year.
11. Leave Encashment- 30 days in every 2 year.
12. L.T.C./H.T.C. Facility-L.T.C.-Once in 4 years block and H.T.C.-Once in Two Years Block.

Post Retirement Benefits
Pension with D.A., House Assistance Allowance-Rs.2500 per month for the retired member of the Judicial Service and in case of Family Pensioner, Rs. 1500/ per month. Medical Allowance-Rs. 1500/ per month for retired Judicial Officers without any Bill or Voucher.
