We are looking for Technical Assistant Center L1/L2 Engineers who will be inovlved in successfully torubleshooting some of the most complex networking cases in a 24/7 operations model.

L2 TAC Engineer - Switching and Routing
(Job Code: SRL2-001)

• Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, DHCP)
• IP addressing and subnetting, Routing concepts, VLSM/CIDR
• LAN Technologies such as Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, PoE (802.3af, at)
• Bridging and switching concepts. VLANS, IEEE 802.1q, 802.3ad, VRRP, GVRP
• STP - IEEE 802.1d/IEEE 802.1w, IEEE 802.1s
• In-depth knowledge in - RIP V1/V, OSPF, BGP, IS-IS & MPLS
• Multicast switching and routing protocols - IGMP, DVMRP, PIM
• WAN Technologies like Frame Relay, HDLC, ATM, PPOE
• VP Technologies (L2TP, P2TP, P2P)
• QoS, Rate Limiting
