General Manager/ Sr. Manager - Human Resource
Should have hand on experience of Change Management, Organization Building & Development. Should be well up in Manpower Planning, strategic tie-ups for Recruitment, Employee relations, Training & Family Culture building, Creation & implementation of HR polices and all other HR related activities. The candidates should have "positive" approach, accepting challenges & should have zeal to excel with high degree of achievement motive. Candidate is expected to play a crucial role in overall development of the organization.

Qualification: MA (TISS)/ MBA/ MHRD/ MSW

Experience: 13-20 years of experience in Infrastructure - Road & Highway/ Construction Industry (Candidates having exposure to road/ highway & industrial EPC segment will be given preference).

Location: Gurgaon, Lucknow
