It is Nigeria's Second National Operator with licence covering GSM, Fixed, Broadband, Gateway services and an international high capacity submarine cable business, known as Glo1. Globacom Limited is a fast growing telecommunications company with over twenty-five million GSM subscribers in Nigeria and with Glo Mobile subsidiaries in the Republic of Benin and Ghana. It has acquired licence for Glo 1 in some other West African countries.

Business Head or Consultant/ Adviser on Enterprise Solutions
(REF: BHES)

• Demonstrated experience in sales planning and analysis.
• Proven successful track record of delivering results.
• Experience with a Business Solutions operator shall be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Specific responsibilities will depend on whether the successful candidate comes in as consultant/ adviser to the Chief Executive Officer or as a full-time Business Head:
• Manage and direct operations to meet Business Target and other financial goals.
• Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives.
• Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals.
• Oversee risk management and legal activities, client contracts (SLA), partnership agreements with Vendors & Channel Partners.
• Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle the pressures of working in a dynamic and result oriented environment.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences or any other relevant field (But equivalent qualifications and relevant experience can override this). Relevant post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 15 years relevant experience. Must have worked in a senior management role for not less than 5 years.
