Trade-Cum-Administrative Assistant
In the Office of the Commercial C to perform the following duties:

Collects, analyze and evaluate information on Trade, Investment & Tourism in India; undertake marketing studies
Liaisoning the industry bodies/ houses & prospective Indian investors; maintain profiles of important executives
Maintain investment-tracking database
Draft submission on potential companies.
Maintain accounts, assets & inventories
Participate in trade exhibitions, seminars & conclaves; prepare reports.
Receive correspondence & draft responses.
Maintain appointment schedule as per needs.
Should display good communication skills
Should possess excellent IT skills, be well versed in various social networks with worthy knowledge in research & analysis to make learned observations.
