Training
Selected faculty have to undergo training at Delhi or Hyderabad or Chennai or Jaipur after joining. However, training can happen at any FIITJEE Centre location. During/ After completion of training, the candidates may be chosen to be placed in any of the categories, based on their communication, personality outlook, personality traits, IQ and performance in various parameters of training. FIITJEE is the only institute which given structured and complete training to the faculty members.

The aim fo the training is to ensure that each and every faculty member is absolutely through in his/ her subject and proficient in all subj activities which assist in imparting sound training to young aspirants preparing for various entrance examinations. Training will also aim to imbibe FIITJEE's culture, traditions, systems, values, ethics, mission and vision in the faculty members besides awareness of individual roles and responsibilities towards the organization and related personal growth.
