Head of Shipping - Procurement Department

Direct and control the expediting and shipping function within Procurement department. Plan, direct coordinate and manage the Freight Forwarder Contracts and contracted services. Manage the performance monitoring of vendors, suppliers, contractors and consultants in providing contractual services and keep internal client user departments apprised of delivery schedules. Establish and monitor KPIs visa interface to SAP and possess knowledge in SAP modules.
Plan and execute major logistic support contracts required to meet both short and long term production. Schedule transportation to minimize time and produce continuous improvement. Participate in strategy development, budget process and effectiveness initiatives.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor of Engineering

Experience: 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics Management. 5 years in supervisory role.
