Training & Development Supervisor - Carbon (Training & Development Department)

To support and facilitate the development, implementation, management and evolution of training and development for Carbon department. Ability to identify training needs and methodologies. Participate in developing training plan or external and internal courses (including vendor trainings). Strategize training for employees within area of responsibility. Excellent command of English language written and oral.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Experience: 5-7 years of experience as an instructor in the individuals discipline within heavy industry. Broad experience in the carbon department. Training qualifications in Training & Development as a trainer or technical teacher are preferred.
